Terms & Conditions PLACING YOUR ORDER: You can order from GCT Golf Inc. by phone, mail, fax or our Online Order Form. We'll need your name, phone number and complete billing and shipping addresses, including your postal or zip code. We'll also need your complete Visa or MasterCard number with the expiration date and Name on the Card. If you wish to use the online order form, you may do so, but do your best to use one order form for all of the product you wish to purchase. If you need more than one artwork (different) applied to the Artwork Titanium Drivers, then you may either add the additional artworks requested in the Additional Info Box at the bottom of the Product Order Form or failing this you may submit an additional Product Order Form. We would like to suggest that you provide us with a comment in the Additional Info box to let us know that the two orders are together. For personal service by phone, please call between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday. Calls placed outside of these hours will be answered electronically. You can phone at 613-823-2907 or fax us at 613-823-3570. You can also phone us toll-free anywhere in Canada and United States at 1-866-752-2907. PAYMENT: Payment may be made by personal cheque, certified cheque, money order, Visa or MasterCard. A credit card processing fee of 3% will be added to payments made with VISA or MasterCard. Any payment made through PayPal will be issued a 5% processing fee. All cheques and money orders are to be made out to GCT Golf Inc.. All shipments are held until funds have been cleared by the bank. Any NSF cheques returned will have an additional service charge of $25 assigned to the overall invoice and the entire balance owing plus this service charge will be immediately due. A 50% deposit is required with all orders submitted. The remaining balance is then required before product is shipped to customer. PRICES: All listed prices are in Canadian funds and do not include taxes or shipping charges, and are subject to change without notice. Your order will be subject to 6% GST, and if you live in Ontario, 8% PST. If you have a provincial sales tax exemption number, please let us know when you place your order. Orders of less than $50.00 are also subject to a service charge of $5.00. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to specific duty and tax charges and are the responsibility of the customer. SHIPPING: Orders are shipped by our carrier of choice, usually UPS. If you require another carrier, we can accommodate. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. All shipping charges are calculated automatically and are based on standard ground shipment to your postal code or zip code. Express shipment is available and will be subject to an additional charge as set by the carrier. DAMAGED GOODS, SHORTAGES & BACK ORDERS: All claims for damaged goods must be made within 2 days of receipt of the shipment. Please inspect the shipment before you sign for it. If you notice damage to the container, make a note on the delivery slip and point out the damaged area to the delivery person and have them sign and date the delivery slip to verify the damaged area of the container. If you discover damage after you sign for your shipment, save all packing materials and notify the carrier immediately. Also, please notify us immediately. Please do not return the shipment until you have notified us and we have issued you a return authorization number. Claims for shortages must be made in writing with a copy of the invoice. We try our best to maintain inventories on all items in our online catalogue and price list. However, at times, back orders are unavoidable. Unavailable items will show as "back ordered" on your invoice and will be shipped as soon as they become available. RETURNS: Should you wish to return goods, please contact us for a return authorization number. If any product has been used to any degree and depending on the condition, we will provide an adjusted credit towards other available merchandise. A restocking charge of $50 will apply to all returned product. No returns will be accepted without our authorization number clearly marked on the return package. INDEMNITY: It is the intent of GCT Golf Inc. to provide quality product at all times. Due to circumstance out of our control because of misuse, incorrect storage procedures and lack of correct inspection of equipment on a regular basis, you hereby release and hold harmless, and agree to indemnify, GCT Golf Inc., employees, assigns, company officers and directors, associates, and entities against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, suits, liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation expenses) incurred by any damage or injury caused by a faulty product or misuse by the customer. LIMITED WARRANTY: GCT Golf Inc. warrants all product to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of two (2) years from the purchase date. GCT Golf Inc. will repair or replace defective product with the same product or similar product of equal or greater function / value at it’s discretion. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: Limited warranty does not cover any cosmetic defects including; paint chipping, scratches, gouges, chips of metal surfaces due to normal wear, damage caused by abuse or neglect, grips, shaft abrasions or breakage due to abuse, misuse or striking an object intentionally or not. |
