Shipping Information

Canada:

Our usual method of shipment is UPS Standard Ground. Delivery to your door is usually 4 – 6 business days except Ontario which is usually 1 – 3 business days. GST of 6% will be added to all orders origination on BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, PQ and HST of 15% on orders originating in NB, NS, PEI, & NFLD. PST of 8% will be added to all orders originating in ON. These tax rates are charged on total merchandise and all shipping charges (no PST on shipping charges).

International:

The usual method of shipment to the United States & other International Countries is UPS Standard Ground. Delivery to your door is usually 5 – 7 business days. International shipping duties and taxes are the customers responsibility. If a customer refuses shipment because of duties & taxes, customer will still be liable for any costs incurred by GCT Golf Inc..

Return Policy:

GCT Golf cannot accept returns on used golf merchandise or special order merchandise. Please call prior to returning any merchandise. All accessories and apparel must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging. Unused items can be returned for an exchange only and within 30 days of purchase date with original receipt. All shipping charges to and from customers on returns are the customers responsibility.

Payment Policy:

We accept VISA and MasterCard and we prefer this method of payment. A 3% processing fee is added to order for payment made with credit cards. We also accept certified cheques in CDN or US funds (preferably CDN).
