Due to the growing demand of our product we are now seriously considering expansion to other countries for export. We are also looking at some cost cutting measures to increase profits for our stock option holders. The stock option plan that we currently have in place is more or less a profit sharing scheme where all option holders, share in the profits for the current year.

We are looking for individuals who are interested in golf and who would like to be a part of growing golf business. Along with the profit sharing aspect the investors will be issued between 10% and 25% discount on any and all products and services purchased. After a specified time GCT Golf Inc. will buy back all outstanding options held by an investor for the original investment cost and that investor can walk away with their original investment as well as all dividends from profits they received over their tenure. Should the investor wish to hold onto their options they may do so but must meet certain criteria.
